Return & Replacement Policy

At Marphé Solis, each piece is handcrafted and produced to order with precision and care. Because of the nature of our production process, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure quality and integrity for every customer.

Eligible Returns

We gladly offer replacements for:

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items received

If your order qualifies, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or style selected

  • General dissatisfaction

As our pieces are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners, items cannot be restocked or resold once fulfilled.


How to Submit a Claim

To request a replacement, please:

  1. Take clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

  2. Email us at support@marphesolis.com within 30 days of delivery

  3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps. Approved claims will receive either a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Replacement items will be shipped directly to the original delivery address.


Important Notes

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Photos are required for all replacement requests.

  • We are unable to process returns without documentation.
